Please read these Terms carefully. We do not provide investment advice or recommendations, and we recommend seeking independent advice before funding a farm.To use the Platform, including browsing farm information (e.g., popular farms, project overviews), you must register as a funder. This is required to ensure a secure, personalized experience tied to your potential funding activities. It is your responsibility to assess whether the Platform suits your needs and risk tolerance. Funding should only involve money you can afford to lose, considering your financial commitments. By using the Platform, you confirm you have the experience and knowledge to understand the risks involved. Agreeing to these Terms does not mean we’ve confirmed the Platform’s suitability for you.You accept these Terms by: (1) registering as a funder in the app, or (2) signing a copy of these Terms. Purpose: To operate the Platform, display farm content (e.g., popular farms), process payments, manage investments, personalize your experience, send periodic emails (e.g., funding updates), and comply with legal obligations. All features, including browsing farm information, are tied to your account to ensure security and continuity of your funding journey.2. How We CollectDirectly from you during registration or funding.
Automatically via device data (e.g., IP address) and app interactions.
With explicit consent (via in-app prompts) for sensitive data (e.g., bank details), explained at collection. You may revoke consent by contacting us, though this may prevent Platform use.3. AccessRegistration is required to access all Platform features, including browsing farm information, as these are integrated with account-based functionalities like funding preparation and personalization.Data ProtectionWe use AES-256 encryption and industry-standard practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Authorities, if legally required, with notice where permitted.Funding TermsCosts: Funding covers land lease, seeds/livestock, fertilizers, maintenance, and admin costs per farming cycle.
Lock-In: Contributions are unavailable until cycle completion; no mid-cycle refunds.
Deposits: Via Myanmar bank transfers (due to banking regulations); acknowledged when cleared.
Profits: Paid to your Myanmar bank account post-harvest; reinvest or withdraw at cycle end under prevailing terms.
Adjustments: We may adjust earnings rates if mandated by regulators.
Delays: Not liable for delays due to missing bank info, holidays, or uncontrollable events (e.g., strikes), with notice where possible.Investor/Funder Representations & WarrantiesYou confirm:You’re over 18 and mentally sound.

Secure your unique login; report breaches immediately. Don’t attempt unauthorized access or automation. We monitor usage per our cookie policy and may restrict access for maintenance. Instructions may be ignored if unclear, unverified, or suspicious.Anti-Money LaunderingUsing the Platform for money laundering is prohibited. We’ll report suspicious activities to authorities without recourse.Terms & TerminationThese Terms begin upon registration and continue while you have active funding cycles. Updated Terms supersede prior versions. Terminate by emailing info@mfmlabs.com with no active cycles; we may terminate anytime without notice.TaxWe don’t deduct taxes from earnings unless required by law. Tax liability is yours based on personal criteria.Refund PoliciesNon-donation farm refunds: Request within 7 days of invoice with proof (e.g., transfer screenshot); 3% fee deducted, processed in 10 days via bank transfer.
Donation farms: No refunds.
